I’ve been a customer of Olde 8 Automotive for many years, trusting them with two Lexus vehicles and two BMWs, and they have never let me down. As I prepare to move out of state, I wanted to leave a review that truly reflects how exceptional this shop is.
Most recently, after a curb impact, my Lexus developed subtle steering and vibration issues. The team at Olde 8 didn’t guess or upsell — they diagnosed the problem correctly, identified a bent steering knuckle and ball joint, and made sure the car was repaired the right way, followed by a proper alignment. The result? The car now drives perfectly straight and smooth at highway speeds.
A special thank you to Matt, who is one of the best advisors I’ve ever worked with — clear, honest, patient, and communicative every step of the way. And huge respect to Clint, the owner, whose integrity and leadership clearly set the tone for the entire shop. Their mechanics are equally top-notch — skilled, thorough, and professional.
What truly sets Olde 8 apart is their character. They went above and beyond by replacing a damaged strut under warranty — even though the damage was from an accident and not a manufacturing defect. That kind of goodwill and accountability is incredibly rare in this industry.
Olde 8 Automotive isn’t just a repair shop — it’s a place built on trust, expertise, and long-term relationships. While I’m sad I won’t be nearby anymore, I’m leaving Ohio with my car in the best condition possible and nothing but appreciation for this team.

I brought my 2008 BMW 328xi in for a simple alignment and tires to be mounted. They were unable to do the alignment because the tie rod needed to be replaced, which was fine. I was given a printout of the estimate, which was great, but someone smoked in my unsmoked car, and they didn't tighten the lug nuts at all. If I didn't check the lug nuts who knows what could have happened, I would not recommend them, and I hope management takes more oversight of their workers. If you own a nice BMW, AUDI, or anything that costs money, I would not recommend this place.

Olde 8 Automative was awesome! Although I didn't utilize their service, Klint was so kind and professional! He gave me several estimates so that I could make an informed decision about my vehicle. I would highly recommend, they operate with great intergrity!

I got new struts put in at a different shop. Was told to get an alignment done so I came here. I waited on the car for about an hour, The report was that the alignment was good to go so they didn't charge me for it. However they quoted me 350 for valve cover gaskets. I called another shop who said they'll do it for $175. That's half the price - I think they were trying to recoup their cost on the free inspection.Although I didn't incur a cost since no work really needed to be done, I was hoping they would do a thorough inspection like they had said they would on the phone. At the time of checkout I was told that they only do thorough inspections during oil changes and that they didn't look at the brakes "because I was waiting in the lobby and they wanted to get it done sooner/it would have involved taking the tires off". Oh well it was so so they seem like nice gentleman but I wouldn't bring my car back.

3 days in the shop, $650 later and my check engine light is still on , thanks for nothing. I should have went with my gut instinct and not went there after I read the reviews.You're pretty good at defending yourself so I'm not even gonna plead my case. I'll just do whatever it takes to not recommend you. The only reason you have so many cars in your lot is because you're slow, they're all the same cars...Service: Auto engine diagnostic
