“After 20 years of being with AmeriGas I had to find a new supplier because of continual back billings for items not allowed in the contract, poor customer service, delivery problems, etc. After they moved their call centers off-shore, one call went to South Africa! How is he supposed to know about snow and the forecasted road conditions in Ohio?
FerrellGas was recommended by multiple people, so I switched to them in September, 2025.
I could not be happier. Someone local answers the phone or returns calls in a timely manner, is knowledgeable and I can understand them. I have never been put on Hold while they call someone else to get an answer! They showed up as scheduled for the installation and respected my property. Initial and second fills were painless. (The tank is 300 ft uphill from the road.) Paperless billing and payment are straightforward; no hassles.
