My experience at Spitzer Chevy was great. I worked with Dominic Blackstock and he was very patient throughout the whole process. He answered all questions I had and took time to show me what I was looking for. Everyone at the dealership was nice to work with and I am very happy with my new car!

They will NEVER stop calling and emailing. Mike, some rando kept calling me and asking for Jeff, not my name. I had simply texted the dealership to ask if a vehicle was available, said I would not give my name or email, and did not want to be contacted. Every day a new phone call. Then when I called Mike ask him to "please stop calling me, my name is not Jeff and I find it irritating" he began arguing with me, talked over me, somehow it's my fault because someone at the dealership put in the information, meanwhile I was not blaming him personally, I never accused Mike of anything, I know it is a dealership policy to put in fake information when a customer won't provide it, so it's "in the system." I don't think you want to work with Mike, that's for sure.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. I have stopped out twice and called well over 8 times in a 2 month period to get a new tire jack that is well in warranty. I have tried head of parts, head of service and going as far to contact the general manager Michael Blackstock. All I get are promises of "I will call you tomorrow" or "give me 30 mins and I promise I will call you back". Clearly not a dealership with leaders or employee's who step up to take care of customer issues. Clearly Mr. Blackstock and his "team" are there to make sales and that is the absolute end of it.

They lie. The sales manager Steve is shady and deceptive and cannot be trusted. I would never buy a car from this place nor would I ever recommend. I wouldn't even give one star.

Bought a 2023 Camaro LT1 from here. Salesman was Dan Krokos who was easy to work with. He was non pressuring and actually cared about what I was looking for without pushing me in another direction. He didn't keep calling and emailing, just checked in with me and made sure he knew what I was looking for. Sales manager and finance officer were pretty awesome. The whole experience was one of my better new car buying experiences. Would definitely recommend this lot.

I'm going to leave favorable feedback for the Service Department here. I've been in twice over the past year for basic services; a software update and an oil change. Most recently, though, a thumping noise coming from the rear passenger side of my 2017 Volt was something to worry about. I scheduled an appointment to come see them for the noise and about a block before I got here, the tire went completely flat. This was a tire a different shop had repaired a few months ago, so the patch must not have held. The tire was ruined. I inquired about replacing all four tires, since I didn't like them, but Mark at the service counter advised against it. He inspected the other three tires and said he thought there was too much tread life left and replacing all four tires would be a waste of money. He felt strongly that I should get one new tire and wait until next fall to consider a whole new set of tires. He did note that the car needed an alignment (I had just under 34,000 miles on the car), which seems surprising, but considering one rough Cleveland road I have to drive on to get to the parking garage...maybe not so surprising. He noted that I had a bit of uneven tire wear. When it came time for me to get my car, Mark apologized to me because the tire price he originally quoted was $50 less than the tire that was put on, an OEM Michelin to match what I already had. He made sure to knock off $50 in order to stick to his original quote. I give Mark and Spitzer high marks for their integrity. While their shop prices and services aren't cheap, having trust in where you take your vehicle is worth every penny.

Horrible service department. I paid $2000 for not fixing the problem. Took it back and they charged me another $500 to finally get it right. I asked them to refund my money on first service, and they offered me a free oil change. What a joke.!

Our family drove from Detroit to test drive a vehicle that we would be purchasing in the next week. Gary Locke and the rest of the Spitzer crew thought it would be a great idea to try and threaten us into placing a non-refundable deposit on the vehicle or else they would auction it off -even after we confirmed that we will be back to purchase it after speaking with our bank. Not only did Locke and the rest of the team try to muscle us into an immediate purchase, but they also refused to allow an interested member of our party to test drive a vehicle that he was interested in purchasing. I wish I could give negative stars for this experience. I would NOT recommend going here -ever.

Made an appointment for a standard oil change and rotation for my 2016 Camaro. The total service took just shy of 2 hours. Based on the complete disregard for my time I will be finding another dealer/quick change to do my service in the future.

I took my car in because it overheated, they said it had damage from an accident (my flip flop got stuck under my gas pedal 18 mos prior and I hit a parked car). They told me to call insurance. I have been without a car for SIXTY-FIVE days because of the incompetent people they have working in their service dept. They sent the car out to a body shop who says they didn't include the all the parts and I owe an additional $2400 on top of the $3400 I have already paid Spitzer. They are rip offs who don't care about their customers whatsoever. Stay far, FAR away from this dealership. Their service dept is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!
