  Alex and the rest of the crew is spectacular I won’t go anywhere else!!!. I get my hands and feet done and everybody complements me on it I tell anyone and everyone to go there!   Awful. Painful. Left bleeding with polish all over my toes. Called to ask for refund or to fix the polish and the man told me to come back an hour and a half later because it was busy. Then came back when I was instructed to and still busy and had to wait about 15 minutes. (Not horrible but uncomfortable because he was so loud about the issue as soon as I came in.) He was confrontational and asked if I or someone else picked at the polish. I said no, it was on my skin so it came off. He insisted he would fix it but I asked can I have someone else fix it because I prefer it not be on my skin. He walked away without saying anything so I asked what we were doing and another female offered to redo the polish. She was very sweet and kind and did a great job. It's a shame this man behaved the way he did and made a scene in front of several other customers. I would have preferred to fix the situation quietly. I felt embarrassed and will not be returning.

  The only place i will get a manicure. Period. My nails grow stronger, the mani lasts around 6 days with care. I am not kidding. Been going to Karen for quite a few year years. Her cuticle work is the best. Not only is that true the day of, but until my next mani appt. Best part is Karen is just a great person, as is the rest of the family at Top Nail.
