Underground Yoga Studio is run by Eleonora Arieta, yoga and meditation teacher. She teaches Holistic Yoga Flow a method created by yoga and meditation teachers Travis Eliot and Lauren Eckstrom.
The studio is small and perfect for those who seek a more intimate practice with just a few students or one on one private instruction.
