Specialities: My hair is thick l have always needed a someone who really has a special touch for ex: a Master Stylist. But there is something veeery special about KELLY that l dont alwaysfind even in MS! She knows what l want and how to do it! Each time l come l don't have to worry, she just knows the kind of cut that works best. She also has such a BEAUTIFUL character. I enjoy her as a person.
Stylist: Miss Kelly did such a WONDERFUL JOB on my hair cut. I am so confident in her abilities as a Master Stylist. I have been there 4 times and l am so thankful that l found her. I know l will continue to keep going back to her.

My daughter got a sleek ponytail on October 27 by a girl name Umi at 12pm. She is a college student at the University of Cincinnati new to the area and she’s 27 mins away from the salon so I had to get her a Lyft there and back because I still live in our hometown which is an hour and half from Cincinnati. Monday night at 9 pm she calls me and her ponytail is in her hand!!!! It slid right off her hair it was not properly secured as you can see from the picture.Tuesday the 29th I contact the salon speak to Kelly (the manager) as soon as they open I tell her what happens immediately defensive. She tells me well Umi won’t be back in until Thursday I said ok you can’t call her? I can try but she’s a student so she’s probably in class I said ok my daughter is a student too at the same school she’s not in class all day but I’m not going to make her wait until Thursday and walk around with her ponytail not attached it needs to be fixed. She says “like I said she won’t b back until Thursday) I said this isnt very accommodating at all someone needs to fix remind she still getting smart very unprofessional says she will take my number and call me the next day. Why did she not return my call remind you it’s Thursday at 4pm! I’m even more pissed and tells me O I didn’t hear from Umi until yesterday. (Wednesday ) I said so you didn’t think to call me back? I said I want my money back my daughter and I had to find someone to redo the ponytail and I had to PAY! Because Umi jacked my baby’s hair up and NOBODY there tried to fix it she tells me I don’t think we can give refunds but I can give u a credit why the fuck would
I want a salon credit I’m not returning but I am calling corporate Kelly is very unprofessional and rude!

Took my mom for the first time to have her hair cut by Kelly. Kelly was so kind and took her time cutting my mom’s hair the way my mom wanted. It looks fantastic and we will be coming back again
