I love JCPENNEY but for some reason the ladies dress section is now directed towards one audience. It's the Little House on the Prairie and floral dress craze. It's not for everyone. I still love Penny's but won't be purchasing any dresses.

Dylan did our pictures in Portaits and was phenomenal! 5 stars for him. 3 stars to JCPenney because I cannot have my portaits that I paid for (the entire digital album) without paying for something from Shutterfly. I want my images without being forced to pay for them from Shutterfly since I dont use Shutterfly. Customer Service has been everything but helpful. Each agent Ive talked to has had a different answer. Yes we support it, no we dont support it. Its terrible.

Love my Penny's with their quality merchandise and CLEAN STORE. They have great bargains which I love and I can always find something there. Love when Clark's shoes are on sale.😊.

Very clean and friendly. I went in alone to look at some of their branded suits. Several people approached me and asked if they could help me with anything. I miss the location at Fields Ertle, it was so convenient. Everything was stocked and displayed beautifully here.
