Doesn't even deserve a one star review Brandy is a horrible manager and needs to find a new line of business to be in. She doesn't know how to talk to people or defuse a situation she only makes it worse. I witnessed her dealing with another customer and she didn't not handle it in a professional manner in anyway. She started yelling back at the customer and everything. I feel bad for her employees if that's how she treats her customers and reps that come in. Just sad

Manager Brandy is very rude. Wouldn't even let me use a coupon for a product because of how cheap I was getting it. There's a reason they make coupons and she took all the products off the shelf so no one would be able to utilize the coupon

Brandy likes to take things that are on sale off the shelf so you can't buy them. Hopefully corporate finds out and something gets done.

Very disappointed with this location. Your store manager brandy refused to sell me an item your store had a deal with coupon on. Told me she could not sell me snuggle dryer sheets because it was showing 0.00 with my coupon even tho I had other items she rang up I told her that’s why dollar general has this coupon to clip so I can use it on the snuggle it’s a snuggle coupon your manager called two other employees up to the front counter making it a huge deal over me wanting to use dollar general digital 4.00 off snuggle coupon embarrassing as ever. She also then told your employee to go take all the snuggle off the shelf I find this very absurd and I want my snuggle period at the end of the day this is not good customer service why have this coupon if I cannot use it I want a explanation over it.

Not all DG are created equally. This one seems lacking in help. Aisles are packed with boxes and hard to maneuver through. Only two registers and the line is LONG. They do always say hello when you enter. Less selection than others and overall disorganized.

Brandy is such a super sweet manager & Robin a great team player!They were very patient with me and kind. Even with all the frustration I caused they kept their cool and smile and great conversation going! Keep up the GREAT customer service ladies!!

Clean. Always open during the appropriate business hours. Please go here instead of the location on Starr and Wheeling. That location is disgusting and only has about 3 workers. Closes in the middle of the day.

store is always clean. Well stocked. No long lines. Manager works hard and helps her workers. Friendly workers.

Very clean store despite gow busy it was. A friendly stocker helped me locate some storage bins I was looking for. Surprised that she helped only because I usually only see cashiers at their station. Great experience!
