Horrible! They didn’t deliver my package because they said they were missing my apartment number and that my address was wrong. My address was correct, then when I called they said they changed it before the phone call. What sense does that make. Just give me my package, I hate fedex! 3 days after the delivery date and I still haven’t received my package. Guess I’ll have to go get it myself . I’ve had things delivered by FedEx at this same address for months now. So stupid

Terrible experience with this branch. Missed a delivery for a work product. Called the branch to see if I could pick it up, they let me know to be there by 6pm as the driver will be there. I get there at 6pm wait 30 mins to be told it’s not there. He then let me know, he will personally set this aside if I want to pick it up the next morning. I agreed, arrive this morning after wasting my time, it’s not there and it’s out for delivery again, This is quite ridiculous, now I get to wait all day for them to decide to delivery my product.Update 1:56pm called for an update on the delivery of my order, they told me 1:30pm and that it wouldn’t be later than that. I call, and they inform it could be as late as 8pm. This is a so ridiculous!

I thought fedex would be required to knock on the door to request my signature needed for delivery. Instead I watched as he stopped in front of my home and then drove off. No communication with me at all. Not even a door tag. Not happy at all!! Can’t even reach out to a live person!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service being offered by FedEx. I have a priority delivery that was supposed to be made today, along with the address of the delivery, phone number was also provided. This priority delivery requires my signature. Now said priority delivery was rescheduled for Monday, July 31, 2023, with no call to the number provided. When called and asked why wasn't the delivery made, a fictitious excuse was given that an attempt was made to but no one was present at the address. I have been waiting from this morning to collect and sign for my package; and I never see any FedEx vehicle anywhere close to my address. It seems that the more a company grows the less regard they have for their customer or have pride in the service they offer.

Had to ship a small package and I asked them to print the shipping label for me. Extremely rude and slow. She told me our systems are slow and walked away. I stood there forever. I had to call for her to come back. I ended up having to go elsewhere.

Customer service said something could be shipped hear with assistance. Service rep told me that was not possible and that I had to fill out paperwork in advance. Don’t mind doing things in advance just would like to have my questions answered correctly.

FedEx said my medication would be delivered by 12:00 PM and I must be here to sign for it. Of course it wasn’t here by 12:00 PM and Tracking said it would be here by end of day. Great!

If I could put zero stars I would. First of all I never received a package that was supposed to be delivered overnight but was not because the lazy driver decided they didn't want to deliver it but lied and said they attempted to deliver it. I've been home all day no one came. I never received a text or email letting me know the driver was on the way. So now I have to wait thre days for something that was supposed to come the next day. Then they tell me I can come pick it up, which is a hour away from where I live. That defeats the whole purpose of delivery service. Then they say they can't do for the next day because it's a cage delivery and they don't deliver those on Saturday. First off people don't have money to just throw away or time to waste sitting at home waiting on something that's never going to come. ????

FedEx drivers have lied about me being unavailable to sign for a package multiple times now. The last time happened Friday 06/02/23. I took a vacation day from work and was waiting at home for the delivery. While sitting by my window in full view of the driveway and road, I received an update, made by the delivery driver, at 1:33pm stating they attempted to deliver the package and that the resident was not home. Clearly the diver lied. Not only was I home, but my wife and son were home.This has happened before, so I was not surprised. I attempted to have the package held at their pickup facility, but according to FedEx the seller put a note on the deliver that it could not be changed. I called FedEx and after navigating through their miserable phone support system, I was informed that the package could not be held and that I would need to take another vacation day from work and be home to sign for the package. To any businesses reading this review. Please show some consideration for your customers and use a different carrier.

Driver said they attempted delivery. Funny I was home all day waiting for package and I have ring cameras, and home cameras that prove they were never here. Customer service was a joke telling me I can come pick-up my package kinda defeats the purpose of paying for shipping for me to drive 40 minutes each way. Not taking another day of work to sign for a package for your lazy employee. This is the second time in two months they made mystery attempts that I can prove never happened.

Attentive and nice staff, very well stocked and big office, you will always find everything you need, parking lot is spacious and easy to access if you have a bigger vehicle.

No way anybody answers at gofedex. All deliveries are awful awful terrible. No way to complain. Delivery to wrong address. Leave packages in bed weather when I haves covered porch. They said I signed. They did not knock or ring the bell. Get competent drivers

My package was never delivered because FedEx driver said it’s an invalid address. No it’s not invalid, it’s been a valid address for 50 years! Use GPS! Or just look at the street signs and house numbers!

Fedex is constantly delaying my packages. I call and they tell me its on the truck and it never shows up. Last time i had to drive 45 minutes to the distribution center and come to find out the driver was not completing their routes which is why I did not recieve my package on time. I feel their vehicles should have gps tracking like amazon prime so we know where our package is. we pay shipping for a reason and they cannot fulfill their end. Worst service ever. The weather is fine also. No snow, no rain and 51 degrees. Avoid FEDEX if you can. Terrible service.
