Norplas is a great place to work I've had siblings and friends come in a thrive at the company. Attendance is key, been there 7 years and that will get 8 out of 10 people every time. But if you're a punctual person and take pride in your work and just do the best you can. Norplas might be the place for you.

A ok job 1st shift is very on it and strictMy trainer had broken English but she showed me alot of things and it was understandable to some degree. Alot of kind people on 1st shift unfortunate I'm stuck on second shift until I'm hired in. But just try to be positive even if your burned out on your days off always rested...

Norplas is a good place to work, they have great benefits and programs. I feel like home there but, there are and always will be issues to work on.
