The front desk woman was extremely rude to me. She was joined by another lady who was equally rude if not ruder. very unprofessional, when we decided to go with another tax service I asked to have a copy of my tax records which I agreed to pay $5.00. when I went to my new tax preparer she needed additional information which was not attached to the copies. She called Northwood Tax Service and was immediately greeted with the same rudeness my husband and I had encounter. The person from Northwood Tax Service said if she has to fax over information their would be a charge of $10.00. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

I have been using John and NTS for the last few years (my family has for longer!) since having a few more things to file than just a W2 and it puts my mind at ease. John and his team always make sure I get what I need, even with living out of town and mailing everything back and forth. So thankful - I would recommend them to anyone who has questions about taxes!

Actually I AM a client. I have been a client since I was 19, I am 34 now, when I was single and after being married my husband and I have been clients for years.I did not even realize there was a review, I must have done it by accident without knowing because I definitely wouldn't have given 1 star. As you can see if I have been a client for 15 years then they must be doing something right. I apologize that there was a bad review, as I stated before I didn't even realize there was a review until google told me someone replied to it!Now that I know I am able to actually give it an honest review, which is 5 stars. Never had a problem and always received our refund with no issues. Btw Candace is awesome, when I was a stay at home mom she put my occupation as Domestic Goddess! Awesome!
