Done with UPS I had a package needing dropped off and no where did it say I had to use a specific site for drop off. I didn't even get 2 steps into the door when a guy yells we don't take that here! I froze in place feeling VERY embarrassed. All I could do was turn around and walk out with tears in my eyes. Now mind you the only sign up was telling you no more than 5 packages. From now on FedEx it is!!

Amazon sent me 2 diff return codes for 2 Diff products yet they shared the same code label how was I suppose to know and the lady that waited on me took her frustrations out on me and made me feel embarrassed and that I inconvenienced her when it wasn't my fault in front of a line full of people will go back bcuz it's the closest to my house hopefully I'll have a better rating next time other than that it was smooth sailing for my bonus mom she didn't have any issues which is why I gave 3 stars
