I bought a 2018 equinox diesel from this place somewhere around July and for the first couple months it ran reasonably well this is with the engine light on it was on when I bought it and now it’s nothing but trouble I really wish I would have kept the 2016 Cruze I traded in on this P.O.S

Don’t buy their cars they put one price on tag on cars windshield then they over charge you , plus they don’t do any repairs on cars , you buying dangerous cars

The buying experience was great! The salesman I dealt with was amazing!
HOWEVER, the Manager is terrible at communicating. I was told multiple times that I would be receiving a call from him to discuss the issue we were facing with our vehicle that we had just bought from there a month ago. Never once did I receive any communication from him. I got brushed under the rug due to the”as-is” clause. I accept the fact that cars sold as-is will have their issues, however I will not accept the lack of communication from management about a situation that I just wanted answers for.

This company is why people HATE used car salesmen. They sell you a car that fails within 20 miles. They hide behind the “as is” clause of their contract. What they do is legal because they make you sign that contract, but their business model of knowingly selling cars that will fail in very few miles is unethical. They ought to be ashamed of what they do to people. Scarlett was a great salesperson and I trusted her. That was a mistake. Don’t ever trust anyone who works there. They will take $5000 from you for a car that can’t even go 20 miles.
So I bought a 2010 Subaru that pretty much died (bad transmission) after I drove the car less than 20 miles. It might be a coincidence, but I don’t think it is. Avoid these people if you don’t want to throw away thousands of dollars on a car that collapses before being driven 20 miles.

I have bought 3 cars now from this place. My first was a Chrysler 300 and it ran beautifully, we no longer have it. Our second car was a Kia optima and my husband is still currently driving it, running great without any problems. Our newest addition is a Lincoln MKZ, when we pulled it off the lot, it ran great, by the end of the evening we realized that something wasn't quite right with it. The next day it ended up completely shutting down and wouldnt start back up. I knew that it was a reach expecting the car place to take a look at it but I knew that I had to try considering I paid $6000 & it was just sitting there at this point.
I called and spoke with the manager and explained the issue.
He did not hesitate one bit, told me to bring the car in the next morning, I did. They found out that the fuel pump and starter was bad, replaced it at no cost to me, and it has ran beautifully ever since and is currently my favorite car.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM HERE!!!
Great cars, great staff, and they are willing to work with you every step of the way.

This particular car may have had some unforeseen issues. However, the overall experience with the dealership was truly exceptional. Their customer service was outstanding, making the process smooth and easy. The staff's dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout. I bought a 2019 honda fit from here. Everyone was so friendly and Scarlett really helped us feel comfortable. She was a great sales woman and made us feel right at home. We drove from 2 states away to come here! We checked out there inventory and they seemed to have a great selection. Very pleased with the service and the car
