“I went to get my car washed after a big snow and spent $10 on the drive through wash.It did not clean my car thoroughly. I went through the self wash to clean the rest off. I called Petit and left a message with them.They were very quick to respond. They also sent me a refund plus an extra coin for my inconvenience. Thank you for your wonderful customer service!
