The service manager John was great! He helped me with my daughter’s Focus the wouldn’t start! He got it to the store and got a tech to fix it! It works better than before! Thank you so much for getting it back on the road!

My wife and I drove out to the dealership from New Jersey for a car. I'm very happy with my experience. The car is great and so was the deal. Joe was a very nice and easy going salesman and the whole staff was very helpful. I would have no problem driving all the way out there again to do business with them.

We bought a car from him had a trade-in with 5000 down for a $20,000 car they were closing and wanted to hurry up and sign the deal. We fell for it paid 27,000 for a car that was only supposed to be 20 they tricked us Do not buy a car from here with interest $36,000 for a car that’s only worth 16 and too boot the airbags must’ve been deployed because where the airbags are on the inside of the car, the plastics are coming off, so obviously the car was wrecked, put back together, not on paper, also had to have the dash replaced because on the passenger side where the airbag was there was coming apart, so the car was obviously put back together and then sold to us. We made a huge mistake. Please don’t do the same run run run from them!!!!!!

I went to ganley ford for an oil change after a bad experience with park ford. After the oil change Brianna came out to let me know my car was done. I ended up telling her I didn’t feel my transmission was shifting correctly, she listened to me and my concerns and asked me when I wanted to get it. I asked soon because my warranty ends soon.she got me in that Tuesday. She called to update me it needed replaced. Brianna was very nice and helpful. About 2 weeks later she gives me a call that my car is ready. I go in and spoke with Scott who was also very nice and helpful. I will continue to go to ganley for anything I need. Best customer service and my car runs great after the transmission being replaced!

Took 4 days to get them to scan a check engine light. Then try to tell me the fix was $2800 when a different mechanic did it for under a thousand. Have never had good experiences with any Ken Ganley, from adjusting my contract and increasing my apr when I was 18 and didn’t know better to now. Multiple locations, all garbage.

My wife and I both purchased 2 new trucks. The salesman was Desmond. He was a great salesman. Very nice and knowledgeable on trucks especially. He went above and beyond to put these together.

Although the service itself was fine, finding out as I paid that they just elected to charge a surcharge for using my credit card was a surprise. Would have been nice to know when I scheduled the service. As a business owner, we do not pass on our cost of doing business in such a tactless manner. And considering we are already paying a premium rate for the service, charging me to pay using a method that protects me as a consumer just leaves a really bad taste. I will be moving my service to another place at this point. Seems a shame as we had been doing business almost exclusively here for the past 25 years.

I took my Ford 2022 Escape to Ganley Ford today. It was taken in making very loud driving sounds. Devin called back in a few hours, stating it was nothing but tires. When I got home and read the invoice, it said the tires were fine. I will have the car reevaluated at another dealership ..tomorrow tomorrow

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car, and I must say that the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and truly satisfying. I live in Cleveland which is about an hour away but worth the experience. I would buy another vehicle from this dealership without hesitation. Be sure to ask for Austin or Gavin. These guys are not your average car salesman. They are friendly, funny, and strive for excellence. You can tell that they enjoy their job. Do not overlook this dealership. It's worth the hour drive!

Service manager was rude, condensing, and hung up on me. I took my car there to get a recall issue repaired. At no cost to me. That part was fine. I was not happy with other fees, including $50 for replacing 1 rear windshield wiper blade. When I questioned the service manager, he repeatedly stated that they do not work for free, right before he angrily hung up on me. However, charging $30 to put on *one* $19 windshield wiper is absolutely insane! I called Montrose Ford and inquired how much to purchase & install 1 rear windshield wiper=$19.46. The original person I spoke to, Deven, was quite pleasant and needs to teach his boss good manners.

As always Scott was a pleasure to work with in service. Almost got 36,000 on my Ranger and wanted some things checked before that happened. John gave me a ride to and from my house and was friendly and was a good driver.Didn’t give 5 stars because I keep 40lbs tire pressure and when I got home all tires were set at 33 PSI. They never told me about changing the pressure and that kind of ticked me off a bit. Other than that the service was perfect.

I bought my vehicle from Ken Ganley Ford. They have taken great care of me since the beginning. I do all of my oil changes and maintenance at the dealership because it is always fast and affordable. In the few instances where my vehicle had to stay longer for work Scott always made sure I could get where I needed to go. I have dealt with many dealerships over the years. Ganley Ford is exceptional. Thank you!
