Wow.. I have never walked into a great clips and been treated the way I was here. I was so excited when this came to our neighborhood and thought oh I won’t have to drive to Wadsworth anymore. Well that’s out. These people are so rude. They barely speak to you and when they do, it’s like an inconvenience. They definitely don’t listen to what you want, I just can’t believe great clips being a large establishment is a hiring these rude people. I’ve been in the customer service business for 38 years and I know everyone of my bosses would have fired me if I behaved even half of the way, they behaved definitely will never be back here and please be warned. I am not the only one that has had this experience, the drive to Wadsworth is worth it

My son and I were at this location on Friday (6/28) around 3ish. I took my 7 yr. old in to get his hair cut. The lady who took him was so disgustingly rude to not only myself but also my son. My kid wasn't being difficult nor was the haircut really that complex. This lady's entire demeanor was so off-putting from the moment my son sat down in the chair.... like we were an inconvenience and she was annoyed that we dared to walk through the door. Telling my kid, "I don't know what to tell you" when he expressed to you that he was itchy, instead of just grabbing a towel and brushing him off like every other stylist there has done in the past, was so unnecessarily rude!! Snapping at me when I was trying to have a conversation with my son about what he wanted.... if it wasn't for the kind gentleman stylist that was working right next to her who tried very hard to deescalate the situation I would have grabbed my kid out of that seat, mid-haircut, and went somewhere else to have it finished. I will not be returning to this location in the future! Be forewarned... I wish I would've got her name but I was so beyond taken back and appalled by the lack of friendliness and customer service that I got me and my kid out of there as quickly as possible!
Older lady, tattoos on her arm, short hair.... I did get a picture but not a name.
I'm so disappointed that my kid was treated with such a cold attitude and made him uncomfortable.
Stylist: Don't know her name but her attitude was disgusting!

I told the person at least 5 times what I wanted and I still did not get the haircut that I wanted. Very upset about it. Now it looks stupid. SMH

Great Clips in Norton should not be accused of refusing service to a homeless man. It is unfair to make such accusations without concrete evidence. Great Clips is a reputable hair salon that values its customers and provides quality services to everyone regardless of their race, status, or background. In any case, it is important to give Great Clips the benefit of the doubt and not jump to conclusions. Accusing them of discrimination without proof can damage their reputation and lead to unnecessary legal battles. We should support businesses that are committed to providing excellent services to everyone. Furthermore the recent accusations of denying service to a homeless man, which is a false allegation is just down right untrue? I actually congratulate you all for being that shielded and having that well of a life , to actually be that gullible to believe what ever you see online, with no second thought. You're acting out of pity, sometimes people don't want to be pitied but seen as an equal. Nonetheless the homeless man is a figment of your imagination. All Great clips are committed to providing quality services to all their customers, regardless of their background. In fact, Great Clips has a policy of not discriminating against anyone, including those who are homeless. They believe in treating everyone with respect and dignity. It is unfair to accuse these companies of discrimination without any evidence. Therefore, we should not believe in such false accusations and should continue to support these companies for their commitment to providing quality services to everyone.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would! To turn away a homeless man that wanted a haircut and hair wash for an interview because he “stinks” is absolutely awful. I will never ever recommend this place!

It’s really unfortunate that you wouldn’t take a paying customer who wanted to get a haircut for a job interview to attempt to better his situation. Lousy customer service, horrible actually. I would never go someone where people aren’t treated equally. It’s really shameful that you allow people to treat people this way in your business.

Imagine getting your hair cut somewhere where the workers AND management defend insulting and publicly humiliating a homeless boy trying to get a hair cut. Couldn’t be me.

Be better Great clipsSaw the saddest thing today. I was at great clips in Norton when a young man came in asking for a wash and cut. He pulled out some crumpled cash from the pocket of his dirty torn jeans. The girl at the counter took one look at him and told him that he stunk and they would not wash or cut his hair. The boy said he’s been homeless for a few months and was trying to clean up for a job interview. Again she turned him away. He left with his head down and I couldn’t help but start crying. Needless to say, we left and will NEVER step foot in another great clips ever again!!! Omg!! He’s a human being!!! Where the hell is the compassion for our own kind??? ?
