“We called in 45 mins before the store closed and asked about a particular couch we were looking for. Ryan advised they had the model in store if we wanted to come check it out. We showed up 30 mins before the store closed and Ryan made us feel welcome and didn’t rush us. We loved the couch and decided to purchase it. Great quality and great customer service. Can’t wait to get our new couch in our new house!”

“We were so happy when the Bath store opened and we were in for a pleasant surprise. We are seniors with mobility issues. We searched high and low for a new Christmas tree to meet our needs and finally found what we needed at Petitti's. Big decision for a number of reasons. Mr. Petitti was so kind, helpful and we must say very patient as we were trying to decide. The tree is absolutely beautiful. We did have a slight problem setting it up and called the store. Not only was Laurie helpful but she assured us she would take care of any problem we might have. It was an easy fix. The staff is always pleasant and goes out of their way to help with what we need. We also found the prices very competitive with sales and incentives. Thanks everyone. Welcome to the neighborhood!”
