We drove up to Milan Auto from out of State 3 hour drive. Test drove the hummer and I want to state that everything he told me on phone was exactly how to vehicle was. Drove it back and ran diagnostic on it and everything he said was wrong was correct which wasn’t much. I am thrilled to have done business with a reputable, honest owner and highly suggest taking a nice drive to see Gordon at Milan Automotive! Low mileage vehicles and at a great price. Help support the little guys that want to treat you like family and not another number on the chopping block. Milan receives a 10 stars out of 5 from me.

Zero stars, don't buy a used car from this dealer.
I successfully sued to recover damages etc after he sold me an unsafe car. He knew or should have known that the car he sold me -- for my daughter to use to drive to college -- was rusted out to such an extent that a pothole or collision could have sent the wheels loose (see the photos of the tie rods below, etc). My mechanic could put his finger through the frame. This was a car Gordon assured me had been inspected and was fine, and with school starting that week we foolishly trusted him.
You can easily find the case I brought against him, and won, in the Barberton Municipal Court's small claims Court web site. Search Milan Auto Group and you'll see I was not his first or only mark. Read the cases closely.
I sincerely hope Gordon examines his conscience and does better. Endangering customers is unacceptable.

Gordon went above, and I really appreciate his honesty. Any questions we had he answered them. He has a wonderful personality, negotiates. I am happy I bought my car from him. You don't feel pushed into anything either.

Horrible . Do not purchase vehicles from this place. Purchased a Mazda 3 and the entire body on the bottom was rusted out , foamed , then spray painted . Did not see til two months later. Beware of this dealer

Horrible company with a horrible owner. Sells vehicles that are on their last leg but won’t disclose that to you, you’ll think you’re getting a deal and within a week later you’ll understand why it was a “deal” just rips people off and takes their money. When you tell them of the issues they pretty much laugh in your face and say “what do you want me to do about it” I don’t know, maybe take accountability and fix the issue. But no, instead they offer to cashapp you $200. How unprofessional and a slap to the face when I just spent $2500 on a vehicle that broke down within a week of having. Save your money.

if i could give negative stars i would . my dad and his wife bought a car at the end of october they drove it lasted for 18 days its been broke down since then . when my dad called whoever they offered him 200$ mind you thats probably less than what he payed for the car . they have tried to handle this situation in a civil manner they called talked to someone and got hung up on . my dad left jumper cables at the shop and when he asked to go an get them he was threatened with the police . this is not how you run a Business by any means very unprofessional and rude.

Went there today. Test drove a truck he had advertised on Facebook, worked out a deal with Gordon. Told him I'd be back later on this afternoon to pick up the truck. I got a message through Facebook that he sold it to somebody else. I told him I'd be there before he left at 5:00 and he said great. I'm glad I didn't have the bank make a check out to him. For a local Family-Owned business he sure screwed over me and I even live in Norton. Don't expect any business for me or my friends. And from the other reviews that I've read I wouldn't deal with them at all

Loved working with Gordan. I’m not sure where all these negative reviews came from, our experience was excellent. I have a feeling most of the other reviews here didn’t do their due diligence before buying a car. We ended up buying a different car than the one we originally messaged them about. Both vehicles were exactly as advertised. Gordan worked with us to being the price down to where we needed it to be and let us take it to our own mechanic before buying, and even took off a little more to help offset a small issue our mechanic found with it. Super nice guy, very honest about his vehicles and clearly cares a lot about his inventory, which he is super knowledgeable on. Please give him a shot!

I'm pissed we got scammed out of 5000 and this company wants to give us only 2000 dollars back when we never signed a title a purchase agreement and never drove off the lot with the vehicle but until I get all of my money I will be there with the news and tell everyone not to buy from them we do not want the box truck that had a check engine light on it we didn't even take it off the lot con artist liar lies to everyone that comes there beware beware of this place they steal people hard earned money
