The last three times I've come to this store. They give me the wrong part for the wrong vehicle even. Does anyone know what's going on? I'm usually not this forward but someone's got to train someone...

I showed up around 8pm the other night after losing a brake pad on my drive home, Wes and Christopher were super accommodating and kind, Wes even put the new brake pads on for me after getting off. Definitely the best customer service I’ve ever had, and I think this is the only place I’ll be getting my auto parts from now on!!

Great place! Frankie helped me out when I needed a new battery for my car. 2 other local places turned me away because it was below 30 degrees out. Called O’Reilly and they got me taken care of!
