I usually do not like to have all the kids in tow at a place like this, and the guy was very cognizant of the fact that I did not want to spend a lot of time in the store with my crew of kids. “They were really busy and understaffed last time I went here. Tried to get assistance from someone for 15+ minutes, and had to navigate the nuts and bolts matching myself.
I still gave 4 stars because overall this place is awesome, and to see them be so understaffed is not their fault. It did affect my experience some, but I still found what I needed on my own.
Plus, the people who were there, were all very kind, polite and helpful.”
