My Grandma went here to get her muffler fixed was told 1500. for her full exhaust to be replaced. When she picked it up it was more money and they didn't even do the full exhaust she got half of what she needed and was told she was getting! If I could give zero stars I would! Bad business!

Good customer service, nice people, kids friendly, price was great, my whole exhaust was broken but was able to be fixed for $50 and just under 15 min, would definitely recommend people to come here

I was told by my dealership that my exhaust system was shot and was going to cost a whopping $3,400 to replace all of my exhaust, but that I should just consider getting a new car altogether… my husband and I said absolutely not, my car just sounded loud via the exhaust, so we wanted a second opinion... Cut to us coming to Ritzman (me for the first time, my husband for the third or fourth). We were in and out in NOT EVEN 5 minutes, and I kid you not, they only charged us $20 for the whole thing!!! Yes, it is more or less a bandaid for my old car, but I’ll take a $20 band aid ANY FRICKIN DAY over being a new car payment that would have been severely unnecessary. They worked very efficiently and did a wonder on my car. I am still in shock days later. I could not be more thankful that my 2005 Honda Odyseey named Bertha is still kickin right now. A massive thank you to Ritzman for helping my family out❤️

I love doing reviews for businesses that are amazing. Let me just say they are truly reliable, honest, quick, and get the job done right!!! I've been to 3 muffler shops for one problem and after every fix it still looked the same and problem came right back. Ritzman muffler showed me the problem, fixed it correctly, and was totally reasonable!!!! Thank you Ritzman Muffler I will be back😊
