Waited in line at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no word, drove around the building and saw 2 of the employees just hanging out and talking to a customer in the lobby.

Wow I can't believe I stood patiently at the front counter today for well over 10 mins and the employees on duty not once even knowledged my presence. I understand your busy with your drive thru but dear lord to walk past me multiple times and not even say a word. Completely ignored. All I could do is shake my head and walk out. Taking my business elsewhere.

Every time I come here it's a bad experience.Decided to give it 1 more shot today and once again disappointed. Isn't this supposed to be FAST FOOD? Waited over 20 minutes for nuggets and a milkshake. Talked to manger she said there was only 2 people working today and are short staffed which shows that this place needs to be shut down! | don't recommend coming here at all.

At 4pm there is not one customer in here took 15 min for 4 biggie bags and 2 already made salads. Every table dirty The cashier needs retrained. Apparently saying Hello welcome to Wendy's may I take your order isn't a script in place. And it's awkward placing an order getting stared at like your an alien. Spent $37 for 6 people. Then she put half To go have on a tray. I'm at a loss??? The owner or manager needs to do better. You need friendly staff

Absolutely horrific. Pull in and order and greeted with "we don't have chili, salads, and a few other indistinguishable things". Ordered a simple spicy chicken and classic chicken sandwich and a large fry. Get no receipt and no warning that they had to find an egg, incubate it, feed it to be a full size chicken then slaughter and finally turn into a chicken sandwich. Twenty three minutes later food is still not done so go in the store and ask where the food is and they look at me like I'm a pink unicorn and they are dumbfounded why I'm upset . The two people at the counter were almost asleep and the other two in the drive through were sitting down. The lack of care and communication they all deserve to be fired.

I stopped after Christmas shopping to pick up something quick on my way home. I ordered nuggets, salad and small frosty. Sat in drive thru lane 25 minutes. After paying at the window, eat over 5 more minutes before getting my order. Was asked twice what I ordered. Two other girls who worked there were outside talking to someone who had gone thru the drive thru. Went back in back to the kitchen WITH A BABY! Did not get an apology for the wait. DO NOT go to this location!Side note - when I got home, the nuggets were barely Luke warm, and my apple pecan salad had no apples and no pecans, but had bacon added ??♀️. HORRIBLE!!!

Worst Wendy’s ever! If you have mobile order, avoid this, Wendy’s, like the plague. They will either be out of every item you need to pick up or most of the time they claim your mobile order never came through their system. It happens way too often every day when I deliver food. Never going to this place again. The staff is incredibly slow and lazy, and all they do is goof off. You can see them through the windows. Lazy generation. Go to Wadsworth. Wendy’s in Wadsworth is a workhorse and everyone is polite and hard-working. I highly recommend that location.

Like, I get it, it's a Wendy's, not some Michelin-Star-winning establishment, and it's most likely everyone in the building's first job -- but every time I come here it's as if the staff is in some sort of unspoken "who can act the most miserable" contest. The twist is that the customer wins every time -- it's almost comedic how many points of failure this location has.I don't know if the franchisee reads these or if they even remember that they HAVE a store in Norton, but if you do: my 2 star review is ABOVE average, and that's embarassing. Bad leadership begets bad service and bad vibes for everyone, especially the poor kids that work for minimum wage to make cold burgers one at a time during the dinner rush. It's not like this isn't a pattern, and it's not like it can't be solved, but someone in the chain of command has to give a damn first.

Went there 3 different times the last three weeks.The same story each time.pull up to drive thru window wait and wait finally acknowledged and told our credit card reader is broken and you have to use exact change cause they didnt get their change order in yet. Also said if i didnt have exact change i could come inside and pay at counter cause that credit reader works? Really. This store needs a total redo or close altogether.

I was in drive thur on a Friday morning they are even busy. It took 14 minutes from order to receive food. This was in Norton Ohio. Very unorganized.

If I could give 0 stars I would have. We waiting in line for over 10 minutes and still was not served. Told to wait. And no one came to the drive thru. This is the WORST place possible. Do not go!!!!

Deserves 0 stars. Do yourself a favor and drive right past this Wendy’s and go to the one in Wadsworth. Always out of ingredients, always super slow. And when they do have what you want, it’s cold/old.

Went through the drive thru, they messed up our whole order, everything was cold and they weren't even busy, next time we will drive the extra distance and go to another location!

Deserve 0 stars. you’ll get ignored for awhile while the staff socializes amongst themselves then when they finally acknowledge you you’ll wait forever and get cold food. they’ve been getting the orders wrong recently too. go anywhere else. Hopefully they get it together and make changes cause how ridiculous. I’m usually extremely patient with service workers because I know it can be hard and everyone has bad days but when all the days are bad days somethings gotta give.

This is by far the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I live locally and foolishly always try to give them another chance. This time I ordered a Cobb Salad and paid for it. They then told me that they had no grilled chicken and would I like extra bacon. I told them no and to just refund my purchase. The manager (an 18 year old kid) told me that he isn't authorized to provide refunds, that only the GM can do that and s/he wasn't there. This is just a hint at the gross mismanagement of this place. I think it is now known by most people in Norton not to go there. The fast food places across the streets remain very popular, but Wendy's is not. I'll never go there again.
