B & N did an amazing job fixing the brakes and suspension on our Suburban. They got us in quickly, kept us updated throughout the process, and even offered pick-up and delivery for our vehicle, which made things so much easier. We’re really impressed with their service and can’t recommend them enough. They’re definitely our go-to from now on!

Great people. I was at Summit motorsports park and needed a wheel bearing pressed on an axle. After 2 other local shops told me several days wait, these guys did the 5 minute job while I waited. Super good people and I highly recommend using them!

Took a day trip to hike in Hocking Hills and when I was leaving, I found out there was a hole in my tire. It took a lot to figure it all out due to having no service and being over 4 hours away from home but B & N really came through and saved me when no one else was able to help! Extremely grateful for everything, thank you!

Took my daughter's car in a few months back. Lots of things needed fixed and and the mechanics did an amazing job!! Lucas is great too, always takes the time to explain things and really has helped me out. I greatly appreciate his amazing customer service and his willingness to help in anyway. The staff is amazing!! Thank you!!!

This place does great work. I go here for my oil change. My dad has them work on all his company trucks. Haven't had any issue with them. Service is great. They do well at working on vehicles. Also nice they let you park a vehicle here if you have one for sale. Inside is nice and simply laid out as well.

Took my car to B&N Automotive, this morning. My ignition switch occasionally was not releasing my key when I turned it off. Mike took my car into the shop and a half hour later Rick came back with computer printout saying that the manufacture has extended their warranty to cover this repair. I then called the dealer, and now have an appointment next week for the switch to be replaced at no cost! From my own online research, this is a repair that could have cost (parts and labor) up to $800. These guys are super. I give B&N Automotive 10 stars on a 5-star scale!
