I came to this car wash at least expecting a good car wash because I paid for the most expensive car wash which is The “Platinum” car wash and the Platinum car wash is $25. I got home to only realize that this “Platinum” car wash didn’t clean my car really at all, during the car wash I also noticed that the side brushes didn’t even touch the doors/windows. The brushes barely touched my windshield, back windshield, and the top of my trunk (I drive a sedan with a “hatchback” trunk). This “Platinum” car wash was also supposed to clean the rims and tires, the under carriage, and it was also supposed to put a shine protectant. The tires were shinier than they were, but my rims were disgusting, the under carriage wasn’t even wet or cleaner looking, and only some spots of my car were “shiny” from this shiny protectant. So I called Buckeye Express, stated my issue, and they told me to bring it back to the car wash so they could “check it out” (I live about 10 minutes away from this car wash and what a waste of gas). So I brought my car back to the car wash, I went into their office and told them that I had called to tell them that I was not satisfied at all with my car wash, the associates that were there grabbed me a free car wash card, but as I walked out of the office the associates proceeded to laugh at me which I heard and saw, while my grandmother saw them laughing at me. What the associates did when I walked out was honestly disrespectful, they were both maybe teenage or young men but still that is very immature. I am VERY disappointed and will NEVER be coming back to the Buckeye Express Car Wash. If I could give lower than one star, I definitely would.

I feel like if I am spending $20 for the mid range car wash they should apply the bug juice for me.

Nice clean place all the employees are very nice once in awhile one or two the brushes aren't working but it happens but I have a monthly pass and so worth it

I'm very satisfied with my usual location in Lorain. But this one in Norwalk, not as much. My windows and side mirrors dried with spots. Very annoying.

The employees are friendly and helpful. My vehicle always comes out clean. Free vacuuming is definitely a plus.
