When I tell you I did NOT expect what I got—that’s an understatement!
Growing up, insurance agents always had that stigma… like they just want your money and never want to pay out—whether it’s actually their fault or just the big company behind them.
Well, yesterday I finally met Cindy—our actual insurance agent—for the first time since we joined State Farm two years ago. And let me tell you, it completely shattered that old stereotype. Now don’t get me wrong—up until now, Kari and the amazing team in the office have always taken excellent care of us. They’ve made us feel welcome, valued, and never like just another policy number.
When I first walked into the office just to ask if they could beat our current home and auto rates, Kari welcomed us right in. I was shocked at the savings—especially considering State Farm is often seen as one of the pricier companies out there. Not only did our cost go down, but our coverage got significantly better. With the bundles and discounts, we were able to fully cover both vehicles and our home for less than what we were paying before—when we only had full on one car and liability on the other!
Now here’s the best part:
Meeting Cindy was like a breath of fresh air. The first 30 minutes of our conversation weren’t even about insurance—they were about life. The good, the bad, and how to get through it. I honestly forgot we had just met—it felt like reconnecting with an old friend. She showed genuine compassion, not impatience or indifference. Forget the insurance agent stigma—Cindy is just a solid, down-to-earth human being, and it totally caught me off guard (in the best way).
I’ve heard her name on K96, seen her on billboards around town, and I definitely wasn’t expecting that kind of energy to be sitting behind the desk.
Being in the fire service for over 13 years, I’ve learned that we often meet people on one of the worst days of their lives. It teaches you how to treat people with compassion and understanding. Yesterday, it hit me—your insurance agent is one of those people too. And if I ever need mine for anything… it will absolutely be Cindy from State

There is not an option to put a zero for how worthless this agent is. I would not recommend this agent let alone State Farm. They are both a joke. You can definitely do better with a different insurance company altogether don’t be a victim of State Farm do your research And look at the reviews from State Farm corporate they are an absolute mess.

My car was totaled and I had to file a insurance claim. Nicole was the best claims agent I’ve ever worked with. She made everything simple, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what my timeline looks like with my claim. I would recommend this office to anyone because of her diligence and the level of care she showed me through the while process. She is an excellent communicator. If you need insurance, I would recommend the Norcross office because Nicole will be handling your claims.

My wife and I recently had our periodic insurance review for our homeowner’s and life insurance policy. Cindy was extremely thorough and patient with us, since we had several questions. There was never a hard sell sales pitch. She explained a program that the company recommends to monitor the electrical power performance and safety in our home. She is exceptionally thorough and professional. We recommend her highly.
