Excellent customer service. Very friendly and fast. It would be nicer if you could do more on-line, but on the positive side it's much harder to hack paper. I would recommend Civista for your local bank.

Said it once ill say it again Civista is the best bank chain around. ONLY issue is that if you verdraft they lock your acount, even from cashing paychecks.. wich you would use to pay off the overdraft... yea makes no sense
