The Norwalk Pharmacy staff work very hard. And the Pharmacists are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Everyone shows they care for the customers. You have a good crew in the Pharmacy.

I'm not sure what the issue is with the pharmacy. I haven't been on medication since rite aid went out of business so I switched to drug Mart and it was such a major inconvenience for them and I wish I hadn't. Everyone I have talked to has been pretty rude and I'm not even sure why. My doctor told me to call them to make sure they had a medication ready and when I did the pharmacist on the phone got an attitude asking if I had even waited 30 minutes (I talked to the dr office hours before). The second pharmacist gave me only one of my medications and would not tell me why I couldn't get my others. I don't know if the issue is my medications or the fact that I'm paying out of pocket I don't know. Now I'm really nervous to see if my other medications are even ready for pick up since it has to be a verbal altercation if I call and ask.

My favorite store in town, but today was first time needing to use restroom before I shopped. Not very clean, very dissappointd.

I'm sharing feedback about the pharmacy, and giving a 2-star rating.The pharmacy tech was nice, but the new location's design flaw in the pickup process is disastrous.We waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru, even after calling the day before.There was only one line for both pickup and drop-off, with 5 cars ahead of us.This setup is inefficient, and it appeared they were filling prescriptions while customers waited.A family member went inside for faster service and there were 8 people in line.Drug Mart used to be our go-to for cheaper prescriptions and great service, but we're disappointed and looking for another pharmacy.

Pharmacist is rude and impatient each time medications are called in. When I go to pick up my medications days later nothing is ready because the pharmacist didn’t bother to collect all of the information needed and no one else bothered to call to collect it, they just wait for you to assume your medication is ready and come in just to tell you that you have to wait longer because the pharmacist didn’t do his job. It’s either that or they tell you they don’t have anything called in for you at all. When I’m the one that called it in. I’ll be going else where. The inconvenience is not worth it, especially when the medications are needed for time sensitive illnesses.

Since UTZ bought out Snyder products, I don't buy chips there. I can 3 bills with a check, envelope, and a stamp for what Drug Mart charges to pay a bill electronically. My bills are taken out of my account at the same rate of speed. I only purchase stamps there

Great store but pharmacy is horrible. It's Boone has any clue what's going on and never have my scripts ready. The final straw was I called to fill my prescriptions at noon they asked when I'd be by to get them I said 330-4. 415 comes n I get there they tell me ,45 min. I show up 3 hrs later and they still didn't have it. This is just the latest issue but is the final straw.and the sad part is it's not just one pharmacist. They're all clueless in that department. I'll still use drug Mart but my hole family will no longer be getting our meds from there.theres always a hold up n a hassle.
