Unfortunately the shop is ran by a couple Clock punchers (also known as part swappers/wrench turners in this scenario) not bad guys but they will only do whatever their computer screen says to do and not dig further into the issue to find the root cause of the problem. Took my car in, I did tons of research before taking it in and found other owners of the same type of vehicle and told the shop manager what I would like for him to do (and that I understood that I would have to pay 1-2 hours for the labor) before he swaps any potential faulty parts. He said he would into it, but his smirk and body language indicated otherwise. 2 days later the parts are swapped and they say it's good to go, I see on the $2000 receipt they did not take extra time to look into what I was concerned about and a week later I'm on the side of the road again (poetic I drive a Ford). I take it to a mom and Pop place that Dan at enterprise car rental recommended and they found the $80 problem which was exactly what I was suspecting from my research. I get that they have to listen to a ton of guys that don't know what they're talking about but if I'm willing to pay for the extra labor at least humor me, and expensive but necessary lesson!!

The vehicle body repair center was great to me from Jay working in the office and the car body repair crew who worked on the car body. I recommend this business for auto body work, oil changes, and overall good treatment.Services: Painting

I have used them twice with 2 different cars. They do fantastic work and everyone is so friendly. My son also went for his truck and he is very pleased with the work they did.Services: Painting

The owner really needs to provide customers with warmth. I brought my Escape in and I have been waiting a little over an hour. I'm sitting here in my winter coat and my scarf on. No hot water in the women's restroom either.

I was in an accident on the 14th of October 2017 on rt 80 in Ohio I hydroplaned of the rd I didn't hit anything The car went down a slight incline & stopped about 500 ft in At a very old fence I didn't hit any posts The towing company had to tow it out backwards & took no responsibility for powering off the muffler system and pulling off the front bumper because there were little mountains and when you pulled it back where the muffler system quote on the mound and the bumper did also and the tow truck driver took no responsibility for the way he pulled out The dealership immediately said to me we have to replace the muffler system and I couldn't figure out why until couple days later I realized out was towed out In the front bumper of the car also grabbed a hold of the grass there were mountains in there of grass and dirt So I believe all I did the slide off the road in the car stopped at cousin where they towed it out it ripped off the muffler system and ripped off the front bumper there was no damage anywhere else on the car I believe that the autobody supervisor knew of this and decided to charge my insurance company for these things Even though it's your insurance company I pay insurance on my car I believe the towing company was responsible for more than 95% sure that the towing company with a responsible What I'm saying is the towing company and Don tester ford Lincoln dealership I am questioning if they worked together and fraudulently getting the insurance company to pay for work necessary to fix the car even though The accident might Not Of caused the accident One thing I will not do is go to Don testers dealership because I don't believe they have the integrity to back up any of their cars they have for sale or back up any work that was done on my car Pl ct
