I really don't like using FedEx, and really don't like going to this drop off location. The staff that handles the FedEx part of the store is very rude. If the package seems to big (whether it is within there weight limit requirement or not) they will have you take it to the depot in Sandusky. I have had issues with my barcode not wanting to scan with their device, and they refused to try to put it in manually. I've had a lot of issues with items being delivered to my customers damaged, and causing me to take a loss on my profits. If I can help it I don't use FedEx services. I prefer to go elsewhere.
