They are everything they say they are. Great pricing, they get you in and out, no pressure to buy any extras. Caleb was amazing and got me an incredible price on my trade in. I found a better car at Chevy Norwalk at the same price of a car I was going to buy at CarMax. I cancelled my CarMax order and drove 2 hours to buy from Caleb. Give them a call, they will treat you with respect, value your time and help you decide what is best for you.

Horrible customer service, bought a vehicle was told we had a warranty, two weeks later having dash lights and system warnings. Finally able to get it back to dealership a month or so after purchase( right around holidays), now telling us we never had a warranty at all and told we’re on the hook and to kick rocks on the warranty front

Just helped purchase a used equinox for my granddaughter. Nathan Haley was the salesman answered all our questions spent a lot of time with us. Very pleasant to work with. Was very pleased with the whole transaction. So if you happen to stop in there, looking for a car, ask for Nathan.

We came in looking for a Chevy truck on a blustery cold snowy day. Jarron came out to meet us in moments and let me tell you, this young man was wonderful! He was very friendly, happily took us through several different vehicles despite the bad weather, was able to quickly pull up information we were looking for, and when we decided on a test drive in a '22 Chevy Colorado he took us on a great route he knew from growing up in the area that covered city, country, and bypass roads. He was very personable and pleasant throughout the whole experience. We did end up purchasing the vehicle and couldn't be happier with our experience with Jarron and the Firelands team. Highly recommend!!

I went in looking for a reliable truck, Josh (Joshie) was very helpful with finding the perfect vehicle in our price range. Drove over 65 miles to purchase a vehicle from Firelands Chevrolet of Norwalk. We started working with Aiden via text and phone before making the trip. Aiden was knowledgeable, confident and went above in beyond to make sure our trip wasn’t wasted.
