“Shirley Rose had her funeral planned with Walker Eastman Heydinger Funeral Home years ago. Unfortunately, her health deteriorated, and she moved over 100 miles away into an assisted living facilities where she passed away. Upon her passing, Sam Heydinger drove over 2 hours each way to come pick her up. He dealt with the complications of distance in with the coroner. He and I met just once to finish the arrangements. He ordered the flowers for us, arranged for the cremation, drafted the obituary and got it placed in the Norwalk Reflector, dealt with the death certificates, arranged for the Priest, handled the cremation, among so many other things! He stayed in constant contact with us, and offered the funeral home for so many other things at no cost. Thank you, Sam and team!!!”
