Terrible customer service. Felt rushed, and cashier was impatient/rude. I was given the wrong pieces while asking for help figuring out what I needed. Nothing even went together and then found out there was no refunds or replacements even if pieces are unused. The lady was even rude when I called about insisted I was wrong when I was literally confirmed it myself giving me a sarcastic attitude. I'd strongly suggest other places in town they have better selections and better prices anyways.

I was denied service by the young lady just because I touched the corner of the glass. When I asked "why was she getting upset at me for touching the corner." She then responded " Because YOU ARE OBNOXIOUS!" I've never been treated so unfairly and I was humiliated and embarrassed.

I am so done with Glass and More. Hire better people. Numerous times I have gone there and been treated very poorly. I have even been turned away to not buy a new grinder the woman told me to clean my grinder instead of buying a brand new. I have gone there multiple times to find a be right back sign on the door. I will take a longer drive and deal with the traffic to NEVER COME BACK AGAIN and go to The Hookah Connection in Sandusky where I know I will be treated with respect. Glass and More y’all need some serious work.
