Update 3.3.25....went today. Still no smiles.
These people must really hate their jobs. Poor customer service. Checkout girl with long dark hair in lane 1 by lotto desk kept rubbing her nose sniffling the whole time. At one point, she stuck her finger up her nose. Gross. Should report to health department. Ordered half pound of potatoes salad. Got one spoonful.
Container was not even full. I took picture if you want to see package. Young gal. Perhaps she needs further training. Sorry to complain but your store severly lacks customer service.
Every time I have checked out at Millers, the check out clerks never smile. WHY? All they ask if you have the app. No hello, no thank you for shopping, etc. Train them to be nicer to customers. A smile goes a long way.

I used to shop there when it was gardeners, and then when it changed hands. I pretty much stopped when I saw the show they put on for the plandemic with the unlawful mandates, stop signs, threats if you dare come in without a useless face muzzle on and social distance nonsence. Since then all that crap has been disproven a long with the jab being a bioweapon. I decided to give them another try because I hate Walmart and I believe in mom and pop stores. One day I went in to get some adult beverage and signs were plastered everywhere, and I mean everywhere saying I had to show my drivers license to buy alcohol! I am 65. Why? I bit my tongue until yesterday. I asked the checkout girl why and was promptly told it was to keep track of who buys what and so they don't get in trouble selling to minors. Did I say I'm 65? I said no one else asks for an id and was promptly told the list. I said I don't shop there. Then I was told by (Karen) that if I didn't have my (papers) I couldn't buy alcohol of any kind and if my id was expired I couldn't buy alcohol. Excuse me? I'm still the same person and I'm still 65 and alcohol is not illegal, so What? I said that seemed intrusive and unwarranted. I'm done with millers for good!

I have been dealing with this location for 40+years. And have never been treated as bad as I was yesterday. Your service desk first didn't want to wait on me then your cashier didn't know how to do her job. I bought your 5 for 25 and never got my discount. I paid $8.19for your smoked sausage on the 5 for 25even thought I had more items to do it. I als
