“My phone decided to lock me out for no apparent reason on 12/23. I went to the store at 9am. The male working there could only tell me to take my phone to The Geek Squad at Best Buy. I had no way to get there. So I spent 3 hours on the phone with Verizon support that evening. They weren't much help either. On 12/24 at 9am I went back to the Verizon store in Norwalk fully resigned to having my phone reset to factory settings. However, this time I was pleasantly surprised to have a different male helping me. Traven. He went above and beyond and was able to recover all of my data! I am over the moon!! Thank you Traven.
