“Our Cricket store is located right in the city that we live in, nice to not have to travel out of town. So helpful if you have problems or questions about your phone, whenever I go into the store they always take the time to answer my questions and concerns. Have been with them for years and they are always very polite!”
“Jordan & Grace at T-Mobile Norwalk Ohio, were awesome 12/10 for people skills and eliminating potential connectivity from T-mobile. The IPhone 6 SE had fallen onto my vehicle floor and broke the protective cover as well as no internet connection. Jordan & Grace trouble shot all potential variables & solved the connection to the internet with a reboot of the phone. They also directed me to a store that potentially had 2nd hand protective I phone cases for my antiquated But still great I phone 6 SE. Note: the store actually had one 1/2 of IPhone 6 SE case but not the side that got damaged on mine.
Last but not least they directed me to a Dollar tree where I could purchase super glue to repair the case. It actually worked. Thank you Jordan and Grace for going above and beyond to help restore my phone to usability. T Mobile is blessed to have these two young people as employees. Kind Regards John”
