We were in a pinch and needed a storage unit within hours. Zach was amazing! He hooked us up immediately doing everything over the phone. He made the process easy! He even texted us later that night to make sure everything went smoothly. The units are behind a business tucked away. They are behind a locked gate. Highly recommend!

I needed a storage unit ASAP. I spoke with Zack he was friendly and extremely helpful. The process is done over the phone, it was fast and I was accessing my storage unit within 10 mins. The units are spacious and clean. The facility is clean and easily accessible. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I very highly recommend Ohio Self Storage. I needed a Storage unit fast and I had one within an hour. . The property is very clean and secure. Also the staff was so very helpful.

Excellent customer service. Zach responded quickly with available sizes and prices to accommodate my needs. Everything was handled right over the phone/through email. The process couldn't be any easier! Zach checks in from time to time to make sure all of my needs are met. The prices are very reasonable as well.

Ohio Self Storage has excellent customer service. They are easy to contact and quick to respond. Had some minor issues with my unit - they went out of their way to resolve it, plus resloved it above and beyond my expectations
