These guys were awesome. Super fast yet very thorough at same time. Was in the car for a very short session where I could watch and hear what they were doing. Checked and topped off fluids as well. No BS upsells!! Thanks guys!

Stopped here to receive an oil change while traveling to our next travel nurse assignment. Not even a week later we started noticing oil spots on the ground where our vehicle was parked. The mechanic had stripped the oil drain plug and instead of informing us, they just put some sealant around the plug to keep in place as a temporary fix after charging us over $80. Called to explain the situation and the mechanic hung up on me so the most I can do is leave a review warning others. Will be the last time we get an oil change at a Pioneer Quick Lube.
Edit: I do appreciate the quick reply by the owner. I checked the printed receipt, the customer information was incorrectly filled in so I can understand that we would not be in the computer system. The phone number and last name were not entered correctly, but the ticket number was 138087 and the last name was entered as Otts. I called the store 7 days after the visit when we were in Chicago to explain the situation and my call log shows that it lasted under one minute before the call ended.

Just had my oil changed here. Even with the current heat the guys were fast and friendly. They topped off all my fluids, let me know my air filter was starting to get dirty but didn’t try to pressure me to buy a new one. All of my fluids were topped off, and my tires as well. This is place is worth every penny. Will be returning.

Great experience, we have waisted so much time going to Walmart and waiting for hours these guys have great prices and are extremely fast and great prices! We didn't even have to get out of the car to get our oil changed,they filled our tires up and checked all of our fluids! Excellent service!!
These guys know there stuff as well!
