This third-generation family-owned business has well over 100 years of combined experience. The friendly and knowledgeable team is dedicated to exceptional customer service and has consistently gone above and beyond. The showroom staff is awesome, helpful, and knowledgeable. The service department knows pool systems and has great advice for solving problems. Customers always receive answers to concerns about treatments and are frequently told cost cutting tips. The staff never pushes products just to sell more. They are always helpful and very knowledgeable, and it is always so much fun to go there. They helped a new pool owner get started with the chemicals and even wrote down what to do. The customer service is really nice, with staff carrying out heavy bags to a customer's truck.

Brian with Prestige Pools Norwalk was such a pleasure to have work on our pool pump. He was extremely knowledgeable and enjoyable to talk with. We would love to have Prestige help us with future pool work that we are planning to have done.

Showroom Staff is awesome, helpful and knowledgeable. Service department (dave) knows pool systems and has great advice for solving problems. Thanks Dave your suggestions solved the problems with pump and filter!
