I sent them a brand new bat new out of the wrapper never swung. They sent it back with a cracked barrel in multiple locations. I contacted them and they basically told me to bad. I paid them $150. to break a $600. bat. Beware of this company.

Honestly somewhat surprised to see the negative reviews. Purchased a glove for my son and choose the break in service (takes 4-6 extra days for them to break the glove in) and then received delivery immediately thereafter.Glove exceeded expectations.Break in service exceeded expectations. Glove was ready to go out of the box. My son literally opened the box, put the glove in his bag and took it to practice that afternoon.Customer service chat was very informative.Shipping tracking information was provided and accurate.I am actually going back online now to look for a glove for myself now!Only thing I can think of is that most of the negative reviews were older?

He broke two of my bats and was very rude. Don't waste your money. Worst customer service I've seen in my life time. This person is a con and will steal your money.

Adam does not stand behind his warranty of the merchandise he sells. Be warned, if you have an issue you will be stuck with the product with no help from this company.

These guys are top notch. Awesome bats, amazingly conditioned gloves, quick shipping, and great service. They recently helped me warranty a bat and turned it around in 2 days. I've been a customer for 3 year now and I can't recommend them highly enough. Great job guys! Thanks!

Horrible customer service after acknowledging that they created a duplicate order.\nThis morning in my email was aNEW/DUPLICATE order from the one that was placed a month ago. In an attempt to get his resolved, I called and got their Voice-mail. In their voice-mail it said to try their chat system. In the chat I was told that there was no new order placed and that it had been an error created by a computer glitch that happened while performing an update to their computers. I had no problem with this answer as the fix was easy enough, so I thought. I simple asked for a detailed email stating that the (new duplicate order # here) was placed in error by their computer system. What I received was a 1 line e-mail saying no new order was placed today. I returned to the original chat and again asked them to provide a detailed email. This is what I needed in case of future need for reference to this order. I simply needed an email that included the DUPLUCATE/COMPUTER GLITCH CAUSED ORDER NUMBER and to simply state that the order was caused by an error with their computer system update. Their immediate response was in profanities telling me to g F myself.\nTHIS WAS THEIR RESPONSE TO THE REVIEW LWFT ON THEIR ACTUAL WEBSITE THAT THEY HAVE HIDDEN FROM THE PUBLIC.\nComment:\nyou were a complete jerk and telling our people to shut up and do their job. You do not need to talk to any human being like that. yes we did hang up on you after providing an email stating ne order was placed. We do not deal with people like you\nUNFORTUNATELY FOR PRO ROLLERS STAFF THE SCREEN SHOTS PROVIDED OF THE CONVERSATION SHOW THE SAD TRUTH TO THEIR UNEXCUSABLE ACTIONS.\nNOW I AM BEING CALLED A P.O.S. HUMAN BEING FOR EXPOSING THEIR ACTIONS. I WOULD ALSO PROVIDE THIS SCREEN SHOT OF THE CONVERSATION BUT IT WOULD THEN BE A TOOL FOR THEM TO USE IN AN ATTEMPT TO HAVE GOOGLE REMOVE THIS COMPLETLY ACCURATE REVIEW ALONG WITH PROOF.\nWELL DONE PRO ROLLERS. Great customer service and great products! The owner, Adam, is very responsive to any issues or questions I may have. The website is always up to date with the latest baseball bats and his products are top notch quality. If you don't want to break in your bat or glove, I would absolutely recommend ProRollers - they really know what they are doing!

Bought a glove that was sold as a new item with tags (website actually asked me to specify keep all tags on or pay more for break in). Glove showed up poorly packaged with no tags and visibly used/dirty. I emailed two different email addresses with no response for 10+ days. Wish I would have paid a few more bucks and bought from a legit site with some support.

My son's glove came in today. He's super excited. I did the glove conditioning service with the new glove I bought and it came fully ready better than any glove I tried to break in on my own. It's worth it.

Ordered my son an A2000 threw them. Customer service was top notch, they were quick to respond and answer any questions I had. Also there was a delay on the glove which was totally not their fault but they threw in a free hoodie as well. Definitely a great experience and I will buy all gloves and bats from them in the future.

Editing to respond to owners response! - I was never given an answer, still have no response to emails as of an hour after owner's response. In the complaint emails, test pics were requested as they were not put on social media site as stated in website advertisement. As of an hour after owner's response, still have not received pictures. Most importantly, NO REFUND has been issued back. Statements and Bank proof available upon reaching out to me since you still have yet to do that.Sent a bat to them to be rolled. Bat come back dead. Every time you would hit the ball it wouldn’t even make it to the outfield. At least before, it would. Sent several emails to no response. No proof of before and after pics of service as advertised. Upon instant messaging on their page was met with resistance and ignorance. Very unprofessional and even called me, a paying customer, “a dumbass”. And immediately took chat off. The name listed was Scott. Very rude and scammed me out of 200+ dollars only to kill a bat. Had to go purchase a new one elsewhere as they never considered my complaint nor even considered to resolve my complaint. The only thing they committed to according to their advertisement was their turnaround time. They only accept good reviews on their website.
