Came in looking for help from the food pantry. While waiting for assistance a lady with blue hair did nothing but talk bad about people needing help. She had an influx of calls today and was upset about it. Talking about people who look like they don't need help but still get it. You realize how high the income limits are for assistance? Even making $20/hr I qualify. Doesn't matter what vehicle someone has either..anything could have happened after getting the vehicle..like loss of job or job rate reduction. You HAVE to keep your car or destroy you credit. So bills are paid and leaves no money for food. Pathetic you're going to sit there and judge others loudly where everyone can hear. Also complaining people go to the other food pantry in town too. They both have differently things. You don't offer cheese, butter nor milk. Where is someone suppose to get that if they also don't go to the other pantry? Moral of the story, fire her or if you're reading this quit and find a new job not dealing with the public.

Have been client church member 15 years 4 different officer appointments. We need Sunday school for the children. And junior soldiers class. Make use of the downstairs that was recently remodeled. Bring back block parties greeters. Bring back prayer and teach our children to be on fire for GOD be a cheerful giver.

Was really helpful to my situation gave me supplies and a few numbers of different organizations to call that could help me more would definitely recommend. They feed hot meals though not every day though and not open on weekends. They were even nice to my ? as well!

When families reach out for help they should feel welcomed and not treated with disrespect, the Salvation Army is thought of as a religious based program the lady at the front desk Deb is HORRIBLE with her customer service.
