Amy seemed sweet, but my experience was not. All I wanted was a cute wolf cut type of thing and not only is it so short all my hearing aid picks up is hair rustling, because it can’t be put back, but it looks nothing like the pictures I provided. It’s like a mushroom cut that goes longer in the back. Now I have to wait for my hair to get long again to be able to fix it because curling it only does so much. If Amy hadn’t been in such a rush I’m sure she would’ve done a better job. But she was being so quick to get to the walk-in instead of spending an adequate amount of time on the person who had an appointment. Never going here again.Edit: after washing it at home I have discovered that literally none of it is straight. Yes, it’s supposed to go longer in the back, but the sides are supposed to be aligned with each other! I have a special event this week that I cannot miss and now I have to do it with the worst haircut I’ve ever received!

Terrible. I went and got my sons hair cut by amy, or aimeeee (knowing chick's nowadays) anyways went home and buzzed it off bc it was all patchy, probably becuase she was in such a rush, noticed she left as soon as we did, I don't know about yall but I've never had a shift that ended at :37 so I know she was leaving early.

She butchered my hair. Wasn't very nice. Sorry Amy, just being honest. Raked the hair brush across my ear over and over it was red and scratched when I left there. Burnt my scalp with the blow dryer. I said ouch numerous times, she didnt seem to care. I hate the color. A supposed highlight that I cant see. Not a good experience at all. Wont ever go BBC ack.Services: Hair coloring
