The service isn't the best. It's good in town but on any back road the signal sucks. Prices are cheaper so I guess you get what you pay for?

This is the worst cell phone service provider there is out there. Do yourself a favor and check other Carriers. T-Mobile would be your decision you ever made.

T-mobile as a whole has wonderful 5G wireless wi-fi which has allowed us to finally \\u0026 forever say bye-bye to spectrum praise the universe for that highly over-priced junk. I gave them a one star because they were running a promotional offer free iPhone 14 with every new line. So I switch from cricket wireless to them \\u0026\\u0026 all they sent were three sim cards in the mail for our phones we already had. So here soon my family \\u0026\\u0026 I are going back to cricket wireless for cellphone service \\u0026\\u0026 just want to keep the 5G wireless wi-fi through them as this will then be a cheaper alternative.

Worst mistake ever. Started getting spam calls before I left the parking lot, and now almost daily. Patchy service. And soooo many forced updates, EVERY MONTH. Think I'm going back to former company where I had none of that

SCAM… CAPITALIZED…. Horrible service, LIED, LIED, over and over…lied to us about getting 4 G in our home in Collins and 5 G outside of our area. Kept telling us they were working on the tower until the 2 weeks were up so that we couldn’t get our $ back or get our trade in back. Deceitful company, they are all covering each other, when you call in and say you don’t have service in your home they tell you to be patient they are working on the towers and will get it up and running. It’s a SCAM!!!!

I went into T-mobile as I have a Sprint account and have been delaying the switch over. The staff here has been really helpful and accommodating. I first came to get my SIM card. The experience took less than 15 minutes and we’re happy to help.The second time I came in was due to memory limit. I bought the basic model 2 years ago due to price and not having enough to get the phone with more limit.Now that my phone is basically at the payoff point I came in to see my options. Gage was very helpful and knew all of the packages immediately without looking them up. He also went with what I wanted versus price and didn’t try to up-charge me on what I didn’t need. I decided with a newer phone with better memory and with the buy program T-mobile has it costed me less than what I was originally paying. The team goes over pricing well, I asked for a full breakdown on taxes and fees and they were happy to help with that. There was also a tax for the phone being sent once I ordered, he was very upfront about that and I appreciate the honesty and consistent guest service this store has each time u come in. Very easy to make appointments, you can call in advance or do it on their app/ website. There is also a list of options in store as well as the site if you are curious about switching or getting a new phone. This store is worth the drive if you have any questions or are looking to upgrade.

If zero was an option that would be it,Gage was so rude in person and on the phone very unprofessional! I would most def go out of norwalk if I was anyone. The tone on the phone went from low to screaming in a heartbeat! The disrespect! I honestly hope you guys can change your tone or keep the negative at home
