Called to make a one time payment of 90$ to my sons storage to help him out. After taking my info on the phone I asked about the payment I just authorized and he stated he wasn't at the office. Next thing I know he charged over 600$ so I called him back i was sick at the time with norovirus so he tells me I can come and he'll cut a check. I explained he can write a check and send it via mail because I'm about an hour away and seriously sick. So got the check after a VERY frustrating call telling my address numerous times and still got it wrong but did get the check. This month I get a charge from them that I never authorized of 96$ and some change. Crook!!!!! Never authorized any other payments he just chose to take it upon himself to keep charging my account. NOT ANYMORE. REPLACING MY BANK CARD until then my card is locked!!!!

The crooked sob will steal all your stuff it's not safe to leave anything in any unit at this place you'll just show up one day and everything will gone hopefully he's ready for court

Tried reaching out more times than i can count to get a unit, specifically wanted here because it’s about in walking distance from our house. I understand times are tough from Covid-19 but after several calls to the gentleman asking me to call back at a different day/time only to go straight to voicemail. Why not just take my number down and call me back when it’s convienent. Very frustrating, took my business somewhere else.
