Many customers praise the friendly staff and great customer service, noting the concessions are good and the facility is always clean, especially the bathrooms. The seating is frequently described as nice and comfortable. However, the theater shows signs of needing more care and attention. Some chairs are worn down, broken, or have trash in them, and the arms can be dirty. The parking lot is rough with cracks and grass growing through the asphalt. The arcade area is small and some find the food a little pricey. An explanation offered is that corporate limitations lead to challenges, such as short cleaning times between showings with few staff, which can result in sticky floors. Place is nice love the seats but they do need to clean the side of the arms on the chairs chairs are red but when you look there at arm rest it's black from buld up
