Trucker Friendly, but please be respectful of the privilege of parking in the lot. Don’t screw it up for everyone else, drivers. Store was stocked, employees were attentive. Minus One Star for simply being a Walmart, though. Small business needs to return to American towns.

Inventory has been sparse last year or so. Many items continously out of stock and staff is very unfriendly. It seems they are most concerned with their pick up orders and not in person shoppers. Self checkout is a must most times, yet staff still harasses you at the exit wanting to check receipts to make sure we did their job right.

This five star rating is only for the cashier Cynthia, she is such a throwback! She greets me, bags everything, and will put all my bags in my cart. It's so nice to see a worker hustle and still be polite. The other cashier's should take note. I also refuse self checkout whether I have 1 item or 100 item's. Cynthia is what America used to be!!!!!

This Walmart is one of the worst ones in Ohio for many reasons. 1) Associates have terrible customer service. They never help you with what you need and most the time there is nobody available in any of the separate departs especially automotive. 2) The cashiers lines are awful. Usually only a couple cashiers out of 20 possible lanes. They are slow and don’t double check to make sure you get all your bags. 3) If you ever call this Walmart, chances are you won’t speak with anyone because they do not care to answer. Most of the workers here are not professional and treat there job like it’s about their convenience instead of the customer. 4) The stock/stocking here is TERRIBLE! They NEVER have anything in stock that you go there for. It’s like this over the course of weeks and months at a time. You waste/lose money going here on gas, time, and bad customer service. 5) I must reiterate how LAZY the floor workers are! Nobody ever asks you if you need help here! And when you’re in departments like electronics or photos for an example they will pretend your not there. They are usually on their phone or socializing to ignore there job obligations. 6) If and when they make mistakes they are quick to deny it instead If taking responsibility and trust me, at this place they will make a mistake. They will forget to bag something or offer you something, or give you the wrong product or item you requested. Then they’ll go on about having to watch surveillance for the screw up to make sure you’re nota liar or trying to get over on them. That’s how they see everyone!*** If you have EVER been to a good or decent Walmart you know the difference. This is not a good Walmart. I believe it is one of the WORST in Ohio. I now drive to the Ashland,OH Walmart because it is way nicer, beyond great customer service, and plenty of stock. Don’t waste your time going to the Norwalk Walmart because you will be let down or ignored. They will treat you as a inconvenience and refuse to have proper customer service.

Well...its a walmart. I wish they hadn't moved everything around, but it's still my go to grocery store nontheless. The new pickup parking spots are a pain. Makes it difficult to find a decent parking spot anymore.

To the employee with beautiful eyes her name is( Colleen ) she was a very polite lady as she greeted my girl friend and I when we arrived at Walmart in Norwalk oh. We was not in the best of moods as we arrived still we seen her greeting us and with a lil conversation we was not so moody just one of those day now to tell you Walmart is annoying as we all no with stupid secret shoppers that harassing there customer or the just piss poor service or additudes or just lazyness of helping or the phone answering. They never pick up the phone as they just ring but Ms.Colleen was a new view for us with Walmart we will now shop at the Norwalk location then Sandusky Oh where the older man and the Asian lady Harass everyone ( secret shoppers ) we will now shop there but Colleen if Walmart notes this you should be treated as a prize employee for this company. And maybe paid better than others. It’s not that she is doing her job it’s that she is a people person and understands life. Very nice beautiful woman hope to see you again for a door greater u deserve better or better pay.

Compared to the sandusky walmart, this place is much larger and looks significantly more up to date and modern. The aisles i were in all had good walking room and were clean and well stocked.Parking spaces are ample and the lot is deep.I only noticed restrooms in the front of the store, even though a sign said there were some in the back i didnt see them.

Brought in a client to shop with their Walmart gift card that he regularly uses. We went threw self checkout when the card didn't work. We had to go stand in a long line again so a cashier could type in our rejected receipt. That happened the previous Monday. Both times we had to wait for another worker that showed them what to do. This is very inconvenient. My clients have stuff to do.. Please fix the gift cards.

Need more cashiers working at the same time. Too long of lines. A lot of self check out available. I was a paid cashier so why should I have to do it for free.? Hope they found an extra person to put back my groceries. That's right. You lost a big sale.
