Got told my mobile order would be good to go after close but when I showed up nobody wanted to answer and my order later got cancelled. Do not recommend mobile orders late because they do not care.

Fish had a strong fishy flavor and the size of the sandwich much smaller. Also the unsweetened ice tea tasted terrible, moldy.

This is the worst fast food service in Norwalk Ohio they can't even return your money when you cancel the order after waiting more than 30 mins in the parking lot waiting.

Wendy's in Norwalk is a hit or miss kind of place, meaning the service/food can be really good at times, and other times, it can make you want to never have Wendy's again.

Absolutely disgusting. The employees at night are allowed to do whatever they feel like from swearing at customers to being blatantly rude at the drive thru window to actually bullying customers with sarcastic remarks and making fun of them. They toss around actual food in the air, eat fries out of customers bags. I have witnessed all of this. Why these employees are still employed is mind boggling. It's dirty, unorganized and unsanitary. Corporate will be getting a few phone calls as will the health department. During the day employees minor children are given brooms and mops and work on the floors. Aren't there child labor laws or is Wendys exempt from that too.

Food was subpar, the order taker couldn't put the order in correctly ( finally got it right after 3 times- and we didn’t order anything complicated) then the app code for a frosty wouldn't work because he didn't ring up the frosty before using the code( this was seriously 7 minutes and then we had to wait for a manager to fix it.

Ordered spicy ranch, got charged dollar extra only to have no spicy ranch. Shameful.

I was charged for car behind me. When I asked for a receipt to check my order they wouldn't give me one. When a different employee came to window to verify order another (3rd) employee said my order wasn't put in yet. I asked what I was charged for? They would not answer my question and said they mneded card back so I could pay difference. I asked, difference of what because my order was less than what I was charged, so they owned me money. They said they had to get a manager. Meanwhile, cars in line are beeping at me and the employees are laughing about it all. I asked to be refunded. Manager refunded me and was going to submit another charge. I said no. I wanted a refund. I was going elsewhere. I was understanding at the start, until no one would reply to what I was charged and then laughed bc other customers were being irrate with me when the staff was holding things up. The manager said they charged me for order of car behind me inside of mine. My order was never put in. I understand customers can be difficult and drive thru can be stressful. When your customers are being understanding and trying to help - listen, instead of laughing. I have been a customer of more than 35 years and now I won't be back.
