Young man at the counter today was extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I’m genuinely disturbed at how i was treated this morning. I will NEVER be returning.

We had such a great experience with this pharmacy. Highly recommend them they were very nice efficient super fast. We were having such a hard time trying to find the medicine we needed but this location had it and was willing to help. It was very nice to see great customer service.

I've been a very loyal customer at this location since 2003. This evening 12/30/22 I stopped in to have 3 new scripts issued by a local major hospital last month be transferred here to be refilled in the next few days. The pharmacist on duty quickly \\u0026 sharply commented that my pill bottles weren't from CVS and that he could not fill them here. When I started to explain I'm a long time customer, he tuned me out and turned me away. Commenting that he didn't have the staff to handle it. I made a call to Walgreens minutes later and they took care of initiating the transfer over the phone. CVS took almost 20 years to build a customer relationship with me which the pharmacist on duty tonight lost for them in less than 30 seconds.

This pharmacy will not pick up their phone. I have been on hold for over three hours today to refill my prescription. The customer service is atrocious. Edit: I have CVS Caremark on the line for the second time, the customer service representative is simultaneously on hold with this CVS Pharmacy. We are laughing at how poor this CVS Pharmacy is run. A pharmacy must answer its phones.

The front staff is wonderful. The pharmacy is awful. Once they lost their tenured pharmacist (Claudia and Dennis) everything went downhill. I just sat on hold for 50 min and gave up. Sometimes I have to wait days for prescriptions to get filled.
