My children's soccer teams play in this location. The fields are in really good shape with solid markings.
Only downside is some of the bathroom stalls do not lock and there is never any soap/hand sanitizer to wash your hands.

Restrooms: Clean with easy access from the sidewalk.Picnic area: Small round table in the shade. A few bleachers in the shade to watch baseball game. Huge open, flat and grassy field surrounded by nice sidewalks in quiet neighborhood.
