I drove a friend to this location and parked right in front of windows.She got out and went inside,I got out smoked a cigarette and a white employee came out and said I was to leave.The employee with black hair and a pony tail,I informed him I was waiting on the person that was waiting inside.OH
Then I told him I didn't like how he was talking to me,I never talked to anyone else.He called the police and my friend informed him also I was waiting on her.He didn't ask if I needed help or if I was waiting on someone.

Lamar seemed like he was one second away from shooting up the place. I don’t know how hard it is to leave your problems at the door and treat your job like it’s paying you. But these post covid workers have ZERO customer service intellect. It’s ridiculous! Also, put the regular glazed doughnuts on top, since those are mpi. Thank you

Told me they wasn't serving ice cream or milkshakes last night,they was defrosting..I know even when your defrosting your supposed to serve customers..NOT AT THIS LOCATION APPARENTLY..it's a ice cream store that chooses when they serve it...I used to work at store 1 and they are choosing to not sell product just so everyone is aware and this is like the 3rd time(probably more) I've went in for ice cream over the years and it was a problem,2 times was told no for defrosting and 1 time because the guy working that night flat out didn't want to serve me and I left a voice-mail with consumer relations and never heard back..this place needs help

Very convenient, fast and helpful. I went in the evening and got ice cream with my girlfriend - and the service was quick and efficient. The ice cream server was very helpful.

Never had a problem here at all, usually just stopped for drinks/snacks a couple times when in town but other than the counter being left with coffee(which I always expect adults should do when done making their own) I guess that’s still considered a thing to do, but other than that, GREAT EXPERIENCES!?

Everytime I buy lottery from this location. I can never cash my winners without calling the manager and reminding her to validate the book so winners can get their money.

I just walked into united dairy farmers and ask could they make me a butter pecan milkshake once I have had from numerous of other united dairy farmers and they told me they cannot make it for me and they have to sign up saying milkshake, butter pecan inside the store but she did that because they didn’t want to do they job a family walked inside the stores and the employers made them feel so uncomfortable about getting ice cream they just walked out, and if you don’t want to do your job you should not have it and find something you want to do bad customer service this was at 4:40 pm on July 22,2023
