[Adjusting the rating down to 2 stars because of the attitude I got on the phone.]
Not happy so far :( The staff are scheduled to all take a lunch break at the same time for over an hour. I think it's great that they are given the time they're due, but if you're in a hurry to get post-op prescriptions filled, this doesn't seem to be the place to do that.

The staff tries to be friendly. However they are overwhelmed most of the times I have been there, making it tough to provide the customer service that one might expect. Management could do better getting them some support.

Absolutely a horrible pharmacy. Constantly claims to be understaffed. You could wait days for a prescription to say it’s ready on the app, you go to pick it up, and they tell you to wait more than an hour. They have no consideration for the fact that people need a lot of these prescriptions to function. They will close suddenly with no explanation, they are constantly out of stock of many prescription drugs, and you will wait a week for it to even be in stock again, and then another several days for them to prepare your prescription.

The slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. There's also an issue with their system or something. I get calls that scripts are ready to be picked up, but when I come to pick them up they aren't ready? I just now waited in the drive thru for 40 mins, only for them to suddenly choose the drive thru.

Called ahead and asked if they do walk-in vaccinations. They say yes, I thank them and tell them I'll be there in 20 minutes. I drive 20 minutes to get there. They then tell me they don't take walk-ins and I need to schedule an appointment online. ??

Literally the worst pharmacy there could possibly be. they call to say that meds are ready when they are not, they make you wait an hour to fill them when you said you could come back later and then scream in your face when you point out their mistakes. use a different pharmacy.

Do not go here during the morning shift, every single time I walk in it has to be on days off given that everyone will stare you down but disappear as soon as you need assistance, buttons pressing and still gotta wait over 25 minutes and with employees walking around gossiping, go to Kroger's and save time and a migraine
