If I could give a 0 star. I would my next door neighbor's kid is 4 years old. He was sleeping on his cot and One of the teachers or administrators, Yanged him off his cot by his arm and almost dislocated his shoulder and she wasn't even fired. I'm thinking lawsuit. Please people do not send your children here. Let me tell you if that would have been my child thngs might have ended different. She would have definitely been arrested for sure and I would be suing although my neighbors probably will.

Some of the teachers were really great but between the ones that were not and the terrible management I would not recommend putting your kids here. The director of the school was very rude and they don’t keep very good track of their records.

Horrible service. All staff have nasty attitudes an should not be working with precious children. Also they steal co payments. Do not send your kids here if you love them.

Just use to walk past this place and see kids just tending to themselves with little to no guidance. I have a 3 year old and would never place him in a facility as such?

I do not recommend anyone sending their children there. Two of my grandchildren ages 9 month and 2 yrs old attended Youthland in Norwood. The teachers lacked professionalism especially in the toddler rooms. Always on their cell phones cursed in front of parents I also witnessed one snatch a child then realized I was in the room. The infants were neglected and confined to seats all day no stimulation provided. My 9 month old grandsons personality totally changed in the short time he was there you could tell he was neglected. Very few toys noticed and they were always dirty. In my 2 year old granddaughters room I only ever saw dirty dinosaurs and a few dirty dolls for the kids to play with. This was a very unprofessional environment and the staff lacked proper childcare skills/training, compassion or desire to nurture children. I can only imagine a parent keeping their children there out of desperation.

If you send your kids here, you don't care about them. This is one of the WORST daycares in the state. I'd give no stars if I could.

Unprofessional....Since attending this daycare my 1 yr olds eye was swollen shut for a week after being in the care of a teacher that was upset with me because i reported her for only giving my child 2 bottles in over a 7 hour period. My 4 yr old was told by her teacher that her teachers uncle would come pick her up because she wouldn't stop crying when i told Melanie the owner of youthland the teacher lied and said she said it to another student. No punishment was given to the teacherUpon picking my 2 yr old up her teacher said she was using the bathroom, when i went in the bathroom she was on the toilet and two little boys where in there with her unsupervised. Again Melanie was notified.Upon picking my two year old up she was only in a pamper and shirt Melanie said she had no change of clothes but i counted 5 pairs of pants in her sisters cubby that they could have used. The final incident was a new teacher being assigned to my son without me being told. I expressed my discomfort with Melanie and Jeanette the daycare director i was told to accept the teacher or find another daycare. The following day Jeanette had an attitude and picked my son up by his one arm. My mother and I both talked to Melanie ,and Jeannette acted very unprofessional in which we said we will report her. She gave me 1 week to leave the daycare. This friday the 12th i was told to pick my son up because he was sick when i picked up my kids Jeanette handed me their clothes and said today was your last day . As i talked with her Boss Melanie and asked for the reason, melanie could provide no answer as to why we were being kicked out. I have everything on audio recording. This place is very very unprofessional , as i continued questioning the legality of kicking us out without notice and no explanation with the owner Jeanette went outside and called the cops .when they arrived I explained what the daycare did and shook the officers hands and they left. This was such a horrible daycare unfortunately.
